Natural Capital Conservation: Something To Consider

By
Wednesday, August 19th, 2009

This blog post is not the typical blog post you would find at Green Chip Stocks.

There's no profit angle here, and there's no new technology to report on.

However, on a recent trip to Kauai, I did make an interesting discovery regarding the value of natural capital.  Certainly this is something we talk about from time to time as the liquidiation of natural capital does relate to properly and honestly evaluating various energy resources. That being the case, I thought some of you might find this particular post interesting.  So here's a link if you'd like to check it out.

In an effort to avoid confusion, we posted it on our Green Chip Living site instead of the Green Chip Stocks site.

Hope you enjoy it.

Editor's Note: From solar and wind to geothermal and biofuels, Green Chip readers want to know which renewable energy resource will take over where fossil fuels leave off. The answer is...all of the above!

There is no one single solution to today's energy crisis. However, the combination of all viable renewable energy resources, coupled with energy efficiency, conservation and smart grid development will not only lead us to energy independence and a cleaner, more sustainable energy infrastructure — but also to what will soon prove to be the greatest investment opportunity of the 21st Century.
